Review metrics after you sort
After ranking a grid, use Sort Feed analysis views to inspect selected rows, compare visible metrics, and spot spikes before you export or transcribe.
Scope
Sorted visible posts in the current Chrome session.
Prerequisites
- A completed sort on a supported page.
- Rows available to inspect in Sort Feed.
Steps
- 01
Sort first
Rank by the metric that matches your question so analysis starts from the strongest candidates.
- 02
Open the analysis / review view
Inspect URLs, dates, captions, and engagement columns for the rows you shortlist.
- 03
Use charts when you need timing context
When available, check peaks and quiet periods before drafting an audit note.
- 04
Verify critical numbers on-source
For client or budget decisions, confirm final figures on TikTok or Instagram.

Expected result
You leave with a smaller set of posts and clearer metric context—not a full account analytics export.
Common errors
Charts or columns look empty
Confirm posts finished loading and that the platform exposed the fields in the open tab.
Known limitations
- Analysis is tied to the current visible session, not full account history.
- Feature labels can vary slightly by extension version.
Privacy note
Review stays inside your Chrome workflow for the open page.
