Supported TikTok and Instagram pages
Sort Feed works on supported tiktok.com and instagram.com surfaces in desktop Chrome when the page content is already visible to your browser session.
Scope
Instagram and TikTok web. Pinterest uses a separate Pinterest Sort Extension.
Prerequisites
- Desktop Chrome with Sort Feed installed.
- Ability to open the target page in your normal browsing session.
Steps
- 01
Confirm the platform
Use Sort Feed for TikTok and Instagram. For Pinterest pins, use the separate Pinterest Sort Extension linked from sortfeed.io.

Open a supported surface
Common surfaces include profiles, feeds, search/hashtag grids, saved or discovery pages, and post pages where metrics are visible.

Check what the page exposes
If a metric or list is hidden in the UI, Sort Feed cannot invent it. Reload or switch surfaces when the platform changes layouts.
Expected result
You know whether the open tab is in scope before you try to sort, export, or transcribe.
Common errors
Extension does nothing on this tab
Confirm the URL is tiktok.com or instagram.com on desktop Chrome, then retry on a profile or grid that shows post metrics.
Known limitations
- No mobile-app support.
- No private-content bypass.
- Platform UI updates can change which surfaces work.
Privacy note
Sort Feed does not unlock pages your Chrome session cannot already open.
